Nei, tror nok ikke KTM er forbudt i tyskerlandet, men de leveres der med ståltank. Samme som at alle tyskregistrerte mopeder (50cc) må ha trehjulssykkelringebjelle montert.
Fantic Motor sliter visstnok også med tysk typegodkjenning.

En kjenning ble nektet adgang ved grensen siden han hadde en Yamaha XT550 med plasttank. De sa han måtte bytte til stål før han fikk ta sykkelen inn i landet.

Nå er nå det 5 år siden, kan jo hende de har tatt til fornuft der borte og faktisk begynt å følge EU-regler (selv om jeg har mine tvil)

Da er alle delene på plass.

Det slo meg at jeg også må ha nytt ledningsnett og et par ekstra reléer, men de har jeg heldigvis funnet på nærbutikken til 450,- totalt.
Edit: sjekket tråden bakover, og det viser seg at JEG visste at jeg måtte ha ledningsnett, men hadde ikke helt fått det med meg underveis...

Gjøken som solgte motoren med "ventilfeil" har kjørt med tennpluggene bare delvis innskrudd. Spesielt langt ute var den på sylinder 1, og der var alle ventiler i orden, men stempelfôringen var gåen.
Noe som ante meg da jeg tok av topplokket og fikk totaktsassosiasjoner av lukten.
En tennplugg avslørte store mengder olje i forbrenningskammeret, den andre har gått for magert.

Jaja. Alt er nå vasket og stelt, jeg driver nå og polerer innsuget før ventilene skal pusses til setene.
Så blir det splitter nye kammer. Ja! De jeg kjøpte for 250 kroner eller noe, viste seg å være ubrukte! Very Happy (Så blir det bare å håpe at kammer og kamgliderne blir venner, da)

Ettersom toppkronen passe direkte til stem'en fra Yamahaen, er det bare nedre kronen som nå er inne til fiks.
Med rett verktøy fikk de ikke en gang måling på trykket som skulle til for å poppe den ut. (100-tonnspresse som begynner måling på 100 kg)
Skal hente i morgen. Så da blir det WP-front! Very Happy

Hvis du ser rundt ventilsetet på disse 5 ventilersmotorene så ser du at disse sitter ganske dypt, og at det dannes en kant rundt som hemmer gassstrømmen på begynnelsen og slutten av ventilløftet.

Tror jeg har fått jevnet det meste, men skal sette meg ned med 4+ briller gå helt innpå og pirke skikkelig Wink

...ettersom Dremelen min døde, og jeg måtte gjøre alt med drill, turte jeg ikke jobbe for nærme setene...
